Engaging citizens in the exploration and development of possibilities for public policy.
Citizen Staff Work Reports are the combined work product of our generalist and specialist panels in our discussion projects.  The reports present the contrasting conceptual possibilities developed by the panelists and describe their deliberation processes, their exploration of the area of concern and its underlying issues, and the possible consequences of implementing each possibility.  Citizen Staff Work Reports are intended to provided a useful and engaging starting point for further public discussion about the conceptual possibilities.  They are specifically not intended to be the final word or recommend a single solution.  Keep in mind, too, that our reports are "works in progress," which may be revised, supplemented, and re-issued as their conceptual possibilities are further developed by citizens in public discussions.

Thus far, our discussion projects have produced 5 Citizen Staff Work Reports, and we expect to have one more project report completed by the summer of 2008.  You may download any of our completed reports by clicking on the document titles below.  You may also request printed copies on our Printed Copies page
