Jack Byrd, Jr., is our President, a Trustee, and chair of our Intellectual Development Committee. Jack is also a full-time professor of Industrial Engineering at West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia.
Jennifer Casto, is our Office Manager in our main offices in Parkersburg, WV, supervising an office staff of 4 others. Jennifer is also secretary of the Foundation.
Fellows
IF currently has 6 Fellows, each of whom is a full-time employee that manages Project Discussions, conducts Public Discussions, and performs a variety of other functional and administrative projects and tasks. They each reside and work in other locations around the country.

The Foundation’s financial and overall mission are governed by a Board of Trustees. There are currently 5 trustees: Jack Byrd, Jr., Adolf Gundersen, Joe Powell, Alan Freitag, and Larry Jackley.
