Other Education Projects

In addition to supporting the teaching of college courses that employ student-centered discussion methods, we are also working with the Summer Institute faculty members and other educators on a variety of other education and discussion related activities and projects, including—

• Training Junior Faculty Development Program scholars in student-centered classroom discussions
• Supporting faculty participation at certain academic and discussion related conferences
• Sponsoring and mentoring faculty in conducting Public Discussions of our Discussion Reports
• Supporting selected research projects with certain faculty members
• Inviting faculty to work with us in facilitating and managing a Project Discussion
• Developing and distributing various Teaching Aids
