Apply to Become a Collaborative Discussion Coach–Announcing IF’s Summer Training

Applications are still open for the Interactivity Foundation’s online training for educators and practitioners interested in becoming Collaborative Discussion Coaches. The training offers a deep dive into the Collaborative Discussion Toolkit, a collection of learning activities developed by the Interactivity Foundation (IF) with educational and community-based partners. Through small group sessions and one-on-one consultations, participants will be empowered to use the toolkit to design and teach a coherent pathway for their own certificate program in collaborative discussion. Applications close at the end of the day on Saturday, May 15.

Details

After completing this training, successful participants will become coaches and able to deliver their own, tailored certificate program in collaborative discussion to students in a classroom, in a co-curricular program on campus, or in a community workshop (we are open to a variety of settings). Collaborative Discussion Coaches can then award the IF Certificate in Collaborative Discussion to successful students or community members (actual certificates will be distributed by IF).
