Larry W. Jackley is a retired Certified Public Accountant and founding partner of a national CPA firm established over 50 years ago. While the firm operated as a general practice, it developed a strong reputation in taxation and auditing, particularly within the banking and nonprofit sectors.
In addition to his professional work, Larry has long been an active community member. During his child-rearing years, he coached and refereed youth sports and served as Treasurer of his local Youth Soccer Association. He has played a central role in his local church community, serving as Moderator and Board Member for many years, including service as Treasurer and Board Member of Baptist Senior Services, Inc. of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. During his tenure, the organization built a nationally recognized Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Pittsburgh.
Larry’s accounting firm participated in the formation of the Interactivity Foundation, and he has been an active supporter ever since. He currently serves as a Trustee, Treasurer, and member of IF’s Investment Committee. He also remains engaged as a committee member for the Baptist Senior Services Foundation.
Larry has been a life-long member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs, and the National Society of Tax Professionals.
Although he is still professionally active, Larry is now also enjoying retirement, spending time at his country escape with family and friends. He appreciates the back-to-nature simplicity of the country life.
