Todd Newcomer brings more than two decades of executive and financial leadership experience to the IDC Governance Board. As Executive Director of Medical Imaging of Lehigh Valley, one of the largest private radiology practices in the United States, he oversees the organization’s strategic growth, operations, and partnerships.
Previously, Todd served as a Partner at GBB & Co., LLP, where he provided audit, tax, and advisory services to a wide range of nonprofit and small business clients. His expertise in internal controls, fraud examination, and practical financial management has helped strengthen transparency and accountability across sectors.
Todd holds a Master’s in Accountancy from Gardner-Webb University and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Lock Haven University. A Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner, he is committed to ethical stewardship, professional excellence, and community service.
In addition to his role with the Interactivity Foundation, Todd has served on the board of Little Free Library, reflecting his belief that strong communities are built on trust, access, and shared imagination.
