We are excited to share that registration is now open for our Summer 2025 IF Collaborative Discussion Coach Training. If you have been enjoying the collaborative discussion activities that we highlight and want to learn more about how you can use these activities in your work, register for this training. The deadline to register is Sunday, May 4th. It is a great opportunity to dive deeper into these activities and become certified to offer your own Collaborative Discussion Certificate Program. You will be joining a growing community of coaches (150+) who award certificates in collaborative discussion (800+).
About the Summer Coach Training
The Summer Coach Training will be offered online, May 28 – June 3 from 12 – 3pm eastern (excluding Saturday & Sunday). You can expect 15 hours of interactive engagement in small group discussion. Upon successful completion, participants will be better equipped to use activities from the Collaborative Discussion Toolkit in their work and become certified to their own certificate programs in classrooms, communities, and workplaces.
By the end of the Collaborative Discussion Coach Training you will have…
- Deeper understanding of key collaborative discussion concepts
- Greater familiarity with the Collaborative Discussion Toolkit and intentional design of toolkit activities
- Experienced a selection of expedited toolkit activities with a debriefing on how to facilitate each activity
- Access to Coach Only Resources, assessment suite, certificate program templates, and more!
- Administrative support to award certificates and digital badges in collaborative discussion
- Access to post-training one-on-one consultations with the program director and support team
- Invitation to future workshops, webinars, and trainings
- Opportunity to be part of a growing community of educators, dialogue practitioners, and civic professionals
If this interests you and you can commit fully to all 5 days of the training, please consider registering. The cost of the training is $495. We are able to offer a discounted price due to the generous support of the Interactivity Foundation. Our programming should never be cost prohibitive. Please contact us if a scholarship is needed.
