This time, now several weeks in, I’d like you to reflect upon how well the group set-ups you created are working. In cases where the group is working well, what do you think you did well in your selection? In cases in which a group is not working well, what do you think is wrong and how might you have anticipated and avoided this outcome by your selection process (or maybe by some other means)?
