Alicia Bonner

Alicia Bonner is the Director of Communications at the Interactivity Foundation. An experienced communications and participatory design strategist, she oversees public engagement and outreach on behalf of the foundation. Prior to her work at IF, Alicia served numerous organizations as a communications strategist and event producer, including Einhorn Collaborative, New Pluralists, Generation Citizen, RepresentUs, and Personal Democracy Forum, among others. She was also an adjunct of social science at Western Connecticut State University, teaching courses in American Government, World Governments, and World Geography. She believes stories have the power to strengthen community and ignite social change. Alicia has a Masters of Science in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelors in Political Science from Barnard College. She lives in western Connecticut with her family.
